There are far fewer steps involved when basing everything on net pay, and it can be much easier to stick to your goals and understand where your money is going. pay in cash , for some reason its easier to spend plastic than cash I found that I horde my cash and tend to spend my plastic. Another thing that helps, look at your bank balance each morning, it will take away the spending urge when you see how little money yo have.
