However most cards charge an international transaction fee because Visa and Mastercard impose a 1% fee on the issuers. The only company I have heard of that does not charge the fee is Capital One, who eats the 1% fee themselves! Unfortunately Rate Rush doesn't promote any Capital One cards, but you can research it further or apply for one at www.capitalone.com Good luck!
