Bill or Exchange

A written document or order from one party addressed to another, composed to show the payment of some total right away or on a later day for some sort of work or items received. The recipient takes the document, signs it, signifying that a binding contract has been initiated. This can also be referred to as a draft, however it can be negotiated if need be. It tends to be the most commonly used payment form throughout international and local exchanges.
